I finally colored this thing! Yay Dargon looks so much prettier now! Now I just need to finish the rest of her ref sheet!

The reasons I have been slow on the art of late is that my tablet broke and I have become a bit upset with my artistic abilities. I feel stagnant. I don't feel as I have improved much in the past few years. Some of the stuff I did 4 years ago looks about as good as what I am doing now. Yeah, that is not a fun feeling, and I won't bother you all by going any more in depth.

Instead enjoy my pretty new Dargon!

As for some questions about her, yes, she is a representation of me. Call her my avatar or what have you.

She and another character of mine (not on DA) were once one in the same, but have since diverged. This seems to be a common thing among artists here I've noticed. The reasons for this aren't important now. ;)

Since she is a representation of me, she shares most of my personality traits.

Why is she red? That's simple! Red is my favorite color!

I think that will do it for now. This has been a rather long artist's comment section from me!

I envy your ability to make scales, I think thats one reason why dragoncat is my fursona; no scales required. lol.

I don't think I've had an art block in quite sometime. My issue is that I can't stop drawing :P and I know I should be doing homework, but it feels so good to complete a drawing.
