1.try to make deeper contrasts: darker on closer wing, and darker where light doesn't reach. you've picked very difficult pose to draw...
2. it looks like there's an alternative source of light(the blue one) from above. stars? lamp?
3. perhaps darkening top part of bg could help as well.
